“I have used the product on my son for several weeks now and really like the product, will most likely switch from the usual baby shampoo brand we currently use. First impressions the packaging is great and looks fab in the bathroom and less babyish than the ones currently using, although a little disappointed that it doesn't smell fruity as the description sounds very fruity.

 Lathers better than I expected even without the nasty chemicals and easy to wash out without any tears, always a positive. The added conditioner helps to tame my son's short curls and make it more manageable.

Would recommend this product to others with small children as it is a pleasant change to use products with less nasty chemicals and more natural ingredients. I will definitely look out for other products in the range when shopping for toiletries.”

"The boys loved the vibrant colour"

“The packaging  is nice and bright and appeals to children. I'm not sure how many people would know what 'Dermapedic' means - it might 'blind' them with a scientific word - personally I'd prefer it to be phrased in a more child-friendly way. Love the handprint watermark in the background.

The product feels quite gelatinous. The boys loved the vibrant colour, but I was less keen. It had a lovely smell which stayed in their hair and was lovely to snuggle up to!

 I prefer chemical free type products to have a less vibrant colour. I would recommend it to a friend as a good value product. It’s good to take away on holiday as it’s all in one.”

"The smell & colour were great"

“I love the Halos N Horns packaging as its fresh and friendly looking. The Mango Melon Shampoo packaging ticked all the boxes for me.

The smell & colour were great, both very appealing to use, however the fact it doesn't foam is a bit disconcerting and as a result I tended to use more than what was necessary as was unsure of coverage.

The kid’s hairs who are 5 yrs & 2 yrs old looked and smelt lovely after using the Mango Melon and I would definitely recommend it to a friend as I would all the products of yours I have used to date.”

Hi Helen, Halos N Horns doesn’t form as much as other product because we don’t use SLS or SLES in our products (commonly used foaming agents), as they can dry out the skin. Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean it’s not doing its job. We prefer to use a plant based alternative to keep our products nice and gentle. Halos team

"It's been keeping her hair shiny and clean"

“I have been using Halos N Horns Mango Melon Shampoo & Conditioner on my three year old daughter for 2 weeks. It’s been keeping her hair shiny and clean, especially after swimming lessons. I like the tube because it's so easy to squeeze into your palm. It has a lovely fruity smell and washes out nicely. I like the fact there are no nasty chemicals. I have been looking out for Halos N Horns products in my local Sainsbury's but they don't stock any.”
